Making a difference in the lives of children.

May 10, 2008 a dream came true - Heather graduated from the University of Alabama's school of Early Education with honors and began to pursuing her dream of becoming an Elementary School teacher in one of the finest counties in the country - Fulton County, GA.

Fortunately Heather taught two years for the school in which she attended while she was in elementary school herself. It truly was the ideal situation for her but regretably she was involved in the county's surplus situation and was transfered to another school. This web site contains much of what was done during her last semester at college. During this past year, she has been involved in the program to teach the Talented and Gifted children. It is her aspiration to successfully complete this program in the upcoming May and hopes to teach TAG in a Fulton County school very soon. Heather's ability to make learning fun with her 'out-of-the-box' style of teaching would be a tremendous asset to any student but certainly will make a huge impact on the TAG students she hopes to work with in the near future.
